Kitten Portrait

As a registered breeder, I am bound by a code of ethics to make sure that the kitten that I sell you, is healthy and ready to go to a new home. When purchasing a new kitten it is advisable to look for clean eyes and nose, shiny coats and the all round appearance of good health.

All my kittens are raised in the home. They are litter trained, microchipped and have had at least two vaccination's before they are adopted. They can go to their new homes at ten weeks of age, but waiting until they are twelve to fourteen weeks is recommended.

Prior to leaving they are health checked by a vet, as well as being wormed and have had received a flea preventive treatment.

These kittens have never been outside to play. If in the new home they are given items such as a cardboard box, scrunched up paper or toys expecially made for kittens, as well as plenty of T.L.C. from their new owners, than they do not need to go outside. By keeping them indoors, keeps them safe and healthy.

Kittens have a tendancy to play in certain areas which are unacceptable, for example climbing on curtins. The best way to deter them is by using a water spray bottle, you should never smack your kitten.
